Is this a subscription?: No. You pay €55 once and get Premium for 365 days. It does not renew automatically.
Does deleting an application free up a slot on the Free plan?: No. The Free plan includes 10 applications in total, so you can try the product properly before deciding.
What happens to my data when Premium ends?: Your data stays in your account. Nothing is deleted.
Do I pay extra for a different profile?: No. One plan covers every profile: job seeker, working professional, consultant or a combination. You can switch profile any time in Settings, and your data always stays saved.
Is it still useful once I have a job?: Yes. Your history, contacts and documents stay in one place, and My career lets you log your jobs and note achievements as they happen, so updating your CV or preparing a performance review takes minutes.
Are there limits on Mira's questions?: Premium includes up to 10 questions to Mira per day, 30 per month and 360 per Premium year. To keep Mira fair and affordable for everyone, there is also a fair-use limit: with exceptionally heavy use, Mira can pause earlier for the rest of your Premium year. Normal use stays well within it. All other Premium features keep working, and you can always reach us via Feedback in the menu.
Which payment methods can I use?: Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Available methods include cards, iDEAL, Apple Pay and others depending on your country.
